As an experienced manager, it is my goal to develop the talents of every associate through coaching, training, mentoring and personalized marketing support. I strive to provide a professional environment in which to thrive. My philosophy is to be a "business development partner" with the office agents.
As a result of my 22 years of management experience, I have the ability to help new agents to become productive quickly. I am able to show experienced agents how to make more money in less time to reach a new level of production with our tools, in-house coaching and training, technology and other support services.
